luna hex a.k.a loona is the arch-nemesis of frog-woman she's the daughter of old cartoonist archer hex before he died of cancer after words she was sent to a girl's home growing up she draws creepy cartoon characters and dreams of becoming a cartoonist but her art work was terrible and stupid they never want her to do art work so she vowed revenge at night she began some mystic chant to give up her soul for unlimited power it worked as it turns out she was given cartoon powers and her skin was pitch white and her cloths were pitch black with her new powers she killed the critics that said her drawings suck not knowing that frog-woman (tara stones) was on her trail soon after frog-woman defeated loona and send her to a mental hospital so she can't hurt anyone anymore but she soon escape from time to time and has a new target frog-woman
